How does the resume writing process work?

  • Step 1: Choose your package and submit your order.  Once you have chosen the service that best suits your need, submit payment via PayPal.  

  • Step 2: Gather and submit your information.  Upon receipt of your order information, a consultant will contact you to request information such as: current resume, employment history, skills, experience, dates of employment, areas of interest, and any further information that may be needed to assist in writing the best possible resume.

  • Step 3: Receive and review your new resume.  Our resume writing services will work quickly to get you a professional attention grabbing resume.


How does the payment process work?

  • If you agree to contract for our services, clicking the buy now button next to the service description will allow you to securely submit payment via PayPal. You will receive a receipt for your payment.  Once payment is received work will commence on the service(s) ordered. (NOTE: PayPal only sends us a notification of your completed transaction and order details. We never see your credit card details. PayPal handles all transactions and secures your information.)


What formats can I receive my resume back in?

  • You can receive your resume in the following versions: MS-Word and/or Adobe PDF.  There is no additional charge for multiple format delivery.


How can I communicate with my resume writer?

  • After receipt of your order, a consultant will contact you via email or telephone to start the information gathering process and answer any questions you may have. 


How long will it take to receive my resume back and what is your revision policy?

  • The usual turn around for this service is 4-7 days.  Rush processing is available at an additional cost. You will have the opportunity to review your document(s) and continue to work with the consultant for up to 72 hours after initial delivery.


How can I ensure that my personal information is safe?

  • Our policy is to never disclose our client’s personal information to any third party.
